Vic Ranger

Vic has been involved in construction and planning all his working life. His project experience covers residential, commercial, hospitality, sports facilities and estate regeneration sectors.

He has been employed by architects, consulting engineers and major contractors as well as on his own account and served as a district counsellor for eight years and chaired local authority planning committee for two of those years.

His early years training as a detailer on construction projects underpins his outlook on any project that he undertakes; get the details right at the initial stages and a positive end result is more certain.

Vic has a wealth of experience in coordinating projects from initial conception, obtaining consents, preparing the working details, enlisting expert consultants as appropriate, through to on-site management and successful handover.

Tom Gabriel

Tom has a 2:1 BA (Hons) in Town Planning and a Post- Graduate Diploma in Urban Planning from the University of Westminster.

He has worked in Planning for 25 years in a number of Local Planning Authorities up to the level of Senior Planning Officer and run his own Planning Consultancy for 14 years, providing a broad knowledge of the planning system.

His experiences in Planning, include major and complex minor applications, householder and commercial cases, which have provided him with a broad range of skills and an up-to-date knowledge of the Planning system.
